Prep Kit

Molecular assays are designed to be modular, offering the ability to combine RNA, DNA, and DNA-barcoded antibody FISSEQ methods into a single sample processing workflow. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and fresh frozen samples can be prepared with our Sample Prep Kit and then sequenced on the RC2.

Powerful image processing software automatically generates sub-cellular 3D maps of RNA, DNA, proteins, and therapeutic molecules and 3D morphology images, which can be easily explored using a cloud-based software platform. There is no need to transfer slides and data between multiple machines and so there is complete control of the chain of custody.
